Where are Carlos Santana Men's shoes made?
Carlos Santana Shoes for Men are manufactured at family-owned facilities in India. All Carlos products are crafted under ethical working conditions and for fair compensation.
What shoe size should I buy?
All our shoes are made true to size, purchase your standard US dress shoe size. See the size guide here.
Is there a warranty for manufacturing defects?
We offer a 1-year comprehensive warranty starting on the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects. We want to ensure that every customer has an excellent experience while shopping with Carlos.
Qualifications:
- All warranty claims must be made with original reciept or order number.
- Items must be purchased directly from our website or authorized sellers. Third party seller websites such as Amazon, Walmart and eBay do not qualify.

Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?
USA SHIPPING
- Shipping and returns are free on all orders.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
- Rates calcluated at check out.
- Returns shipping is covered by the buyer.
IMPORTANT: Customs import and duties could be charged once the buyer receives the item. Charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If the item is refused, the return shipping fee charged by the shipping company will be applied to the order being refunded
How long does it take to receive my order?
- All orders are processed from our east coast facility the following business day. Note: our fulfillment facilities are closed during all major US holidays.
- All domestic orders (US only) would take 1 - 3 business days on east coast. 3 – 5 business days on the west coast.
- All international orders could take up to 2 to 4 weeks on standard shipping (varies by location).
International Orders: Customs import and duties could be charged once the buyer receives the item. Charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We suggest contacting your local customs office before placing the order or what charges you would incur.
We do not offer express shipping at this time.
What is your exchange policy?
We understand that buying shoes online can sometimes be a bit challenging. You can exchange your shoes for any pairs in stock within 60 days from when you received the product. To qualify for an exchange, your shoes must be unworn and returned in the same state as your received them, along with all the accessories that it originally came with: shoe horn, shoe tree, insoles, thank you card, and extra laces. Please make sure to try out your shoes on a soft surface to avoid scuffles on the outer sole. Return shipping is free.

What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 60 days to return your shoes from the time you received your shipment. A full refund will be granted if the shoes are unworn and returned in the same state as your received them along with all the accessories that it came with: shoe horn, shoe tree, insoles, thank you card, and extra laces. There will be $10 for all unreturned accessories. Please make sure to try out your shoes on a soft surface to avoid scuffles on the outer sole. If shoes are returned after 60 days have passed you will receive a store credit. Return shipping is free.

What happens once shoes are returned?
Refund: Once your shoes are received at our warehouse, they are inspected to see if they qualify for a full refund. We then process a refund, which takes 7 – 10 business days to reflect your credit card statement.
Exchange: Once your shoes are received and inspected, we ship the product requested for an exchange.
How do I take care of my shoes?
- Always use a shoehorn when putting on your shoes to avoid back creasing. All our shoes come with a complimentary shoe horn.
- Always use a shoe tree when not wearing your shoes to maintain the overall structure.
- Clean your shoes weekly with the following steps:
- Use a horse brush to remove dust, debris, and solid stain
- Apply highly quality polish with applicator or cloth in circles
- Use shoe brush rigorously to blend in the polish and take off excess
- Take a soft cotton cloth or microfiber towel to buff for shine
